Custom proofs are dispatched within 24–72 hours. Once you approve your digital proof, production (printing, drying, 21mil laminating, and die-cutting) takes 2–4 business days before handover to FedEx or DHL.

Because every kit is custom-manufactured with your specific bike model, name, and numbers, custom products cannot be returned for resale. However, if there is any manufacturing defect, printing error, or template misfit on our part, notify us at sales@decallab.com within 15 days of delivery with photos, and we will immediately reprint and replace the affected pieces free of charge.
