KTM 690 Graphics – Outlands Decal Kit

Bring the spirit of the outdoors to your motorcycle with the KTM 690 graphics Outlands decal kit. Inspired by forests, mountains, and off-road exploration, this design creates a distinctive adventure look for riders who feel most at home away from the pavement.

Outlands comes in two color schemes: green and grey. Choose the green version for a natural, forest-inspired appearance or go with the grey option for a more subtle and rugged look.

The graphics kit is available for KTM 690 Enduro and SMC/Supermoto models. The product images show the Outlands design on a KTM 690 Enduro. When ordering, select the model that matches your motorcycle.

Free customization is included. Add your rider number, name, logos, or other details at no extra cost. You can also discuss color adjustments with us if you want to make the design more personal.

We produce our KTM 690 graphics using high-quality motorcycle vinyl materials made for demanding riding conditions. Choose from different material and overlaminate options to get the durability and finish that suits your needs. Depending on your choice, you can create a glossy, matte, textured, glitter, chrome, or other specialty finish.

Full graphics kit includes stickers for: side panels, rear side panels, forkguards, swingarms, rear fender, front fender, frontplate.

Before printing, you will receive the final graphics layout for approval. You can check your customization and design details before we start production.

BASE MATERIAL:

1. Standard White – Substance UltraCurve 660 is the benchmark vinyl for motorsport and powersport graphics. Designed for dirtbike plastics, it offers ultra-aggressive adhesion that stays put through mud, crashes, and high-pressure washes. Co-developed with professional racers, this material delivers maximum durability and perfect color reproduction.

2. Standard White With Air Channels – UltraCurve X1 provides the same top-tier performance as 660, but with added FLO air-release channels. These allow air to escape during installation, reducing bubbles and cutting installation time significantly. It’s the ideal choice for DIY installs and larger wraps.

3. Silver Chrome creates a metallic mirror effect that instantly transforms your bike’s look. Colors take on a deep, premium shine, making any design more eye-catching and dimensional. With built-in air channels, installation remains smooth and bubble-free.

4. Holographic Chrome delivers a rainbow-shifting effect that changes with every angle of light. It adds depth, motion, and a unique spectrum of color that stands out on the track or trail. Air channels ensure an easy and clean installation.

FINISH (Overlaminate):

1. Glossy Overlaminate –A 15mil clear protective coating with a high-shine finish. This laminate brightens colors, enhances depth, and gives graphics a slick, polished look.

2. Matte Overlaminate – Also a 15mil protective layer, Matte offers a smooth, low-reflection finish. It reduces glare and gives graphics a subtle satin appearance, perfect for stealth or rugged styles.

3. Glitter Series – Metallic Flake Overlaminate –For riders who want something unique, the Glitter Series adds dimensional sparkle and metallic shine without sacrificing durability.

How to apply our sticker

Proper installation is the key to a perfect finish. Follow our simple guide to ensure maximum adhesion and long-lasting performance.

Step 1: Clean & Prepare

Thoroughly clean the plastics using brake cleaner, isopropyl alcohol, or glass cleaner. Make sure the surface is completely dry before applying the graphics.

Step 2: Apply the Graphics

Position the graphics and secure them with masking tape. Peel back one corner of the backing paper, stick the first corner in place, then slowly remove the rest of the backing while pressing the graphic down with a squeegee or credit card to eliminate air bubbles.

Step 3: Heat & Finish

Warm the graphics with a heat gun (95–120°C / 203–250°F) to activate the adhesive and ensure a strong bond. Clean any adhesive residue with brake cleaner, then let the bike sit for 24 hours before riding for the best results.
